Coulborn Mill Dam, Salisbury, MD

This Dam reconstruction project for Wicomico County, consisted of demolition of and reconstruction of the two level control structures,slip linning two 54" cuvert pipes and replacing four 48" overflow pipes. Our Team of sub contractors: D.W. Burt Concrete, First State Crain and American Paving Corp and Johnson's seed and feed. The project was completed 25 days ahead of schedule due to the great amount of teamwork by all who were involved.

Peninsula Regional Medical Center, PRMC for Barton Malow company construction managers.

The 100+ million dollar hospital expansion project. Phase #2 Salisbury's "Big Dig", Mass excavation of 70,000 cubic yards for the new Layfeild Tower addition. In early 2007 Precision was awarded the contract for phase 3 and 4 of the site work.

Seagrass Plantation housing development

A large multi-phase 140 acre, 208 lot development project for modern estate living. Use of "Trimble" GPS grade control equipment allows for high accuracy and productivity in this 300,000+ cubic yard earth moving project.
