This Dam reconstruction project for Wicomico County, consisted of demolition and reconstruction of the two level control structures,slip lining two 54" culvert pipes and replacing four 48" overflow pipes. Our team of sub-contractors: D.W. Burt Concrete, First State Crain, American Paving Corp, Worth Concrete and Johnson's Seed and Feed. The project was completed 25 days ahead of schedule due to the great amount of teamwork by all who were involved.

Our team has completed numorous projects for Centex Homes at The Glen Riddle Farm in Berlin, MD. Total cubic yardage moved on the project by Precision was in excess of  250,000 cu.yds.

This 150-acre project for Centex Homes consisted of mass excavation and grading of 400,000 cu.yds. of earth "cut to fill." Excavating new stormwater managment ponds as well as draining,  re-grading and converting two of the abandoned sand pits on the site to stormwater managment ponds.  Installation of storm drain piping, placing and fine grading gravel for roadways. This was the first project on which Precision utilized full automatic GPS-grade controls systems. Precision purchased three GPS units for the project.

This site work project for Nason Construction is located in the Westwood Commerce Park in Salisbury, Maryland. The project consisted of the placement 14,000 cu.yds. of structural fill, site utilities, curb, sidewalk, pavement, retaining wall installation, topsoil and seeding.
